With our Purchase & Procurement Services (PPS) we will enable you optimum cost, best quality and assured product deliveries to meet project targets, schedule and budget.
We are well familiar with the importance of specific need of project, its design requirement and change order management. And we try to work out with our partners (suppliers & manufacturers) to ensure customized solution within time limit to help our customers design needs, to save major time delay on project with unique methods to reduce their capital cost on products.

PURCHASE AND PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT (PPD)
Primary Function of this department is to source a product
as client need, negotiate and timely delivery with the best quality and
accurate quantity. PPD always focused to source out the right product from the
right source for the right requirement within right time. We use our various
skills such as knowledge, experience and relationship as main tools for this
department which always lead us to expand our performance and lowering costs
with increased quality. We are always pushy for efficient results to meet
project schedules and satisfying our client needs.
How PPD Works?
It includes primarily 7 steps as below.
Purchase Inquiry: Purchase inquiry sent to our sales team, they will filter it according to their application and will be directed to PPD.
Collection of Data: Our PPD team will collect technical data or any additional information from client. Prepare a check list and compare with our existing data of available product alliance.
Approaching Supplier: Our PPD team will float RFQ to various supplier and following up close for their offer.
Negotiation: Based on received offer from various suppliers, our PPD team will filter out all suitable offers with best quality. PPD team will investigate these offers based on their terms, delivery commitment, stock, availability, quality procedure, after sales support, warranty or guarantee and with the cost. If anything fall down below our client requirement PPD team will negotiate accordingly to bring down to suit our client requirement.
Proposal to client: Our Sales department will go back to the client with most suitable techno-commercial offer and will wait for client approval. Based on client response our sales department either gives clearance to PPD to issue P.O. or to look for alternative solution or to look for further negotiation.
Purchase Order: After approval from client, PPD will issue a P.O. to supplier with negotiated commercial terms.
Satisfaction: During the process of Purchase to installation our PPD will closely monitor performance of product and supplier along with their any kind of accompanying support.
